There are so many routes around the Salt Marsh creeks, beaches and harbours, all of them pretty spectacular.

Favourites from last year included Sunset SUPs through the saltmarshes,  beach to pub and midnight swims, Dawn raids and SUP surfing... Take a peek through our gallery / instagram for photoes!

Whilst we can never guarantee which it will be, it WILL be the best for the prevailing conditions. :-)

Tour & Explore sessions can be booked by private groups (£60 a head) and include Paddleboarding kit and instruction.

Social Events are open to anyone with a board - bring your own or rent a board from us - or any other SUP school in the area. Instruction is not included, though a guide is!  If you would like instruction at the start, we can provide this at a surcharge - please get in touch to discuss

Generally these longer tours are suitable for people who can already stand confidently on a paddleboard. if it is your first time, a lesson may be more appropriate, because it can be a little  tiring to balance for the first time for 3 hours. However, if you have relevant watersports  / sports experience so that balancing on a board is not new, and are reasonably fit, there is no reason why you woudln't be able  to enjoy a tour - We are happy to have a chat with you if you are unsure!

Fitness levels -  the exertion level is about that of  good hike,

- whilst there is a little carrying of the boards ( about the wight of a bicycle) for up to 50m.

- Being able to swim is very handy. Though not essential as you will have a buoyancy aid

- If standing up from your knees on the floor is challenging, it will be more so on a board.

- Getting back on the board from the water requires push up strength - if you can do  1- 2 push ups, you will be fine, else wise, there are alternative methods we can coach on.
